Choosing a basin
The basin style decides the tapware and the vanity top. Above counter basins need a taller mixer or a wall mixer, undermount basins sit below a stone top for easy cleaning, and wall hung basins suit small powder rooms. Check the overflow, the waste size and whether the tap hole is in the basin or the benchtop.
Read our guide to choosing a bathroom basin, browse stone basins and match a basin mixer. Compare them in person at our Reservoir or Geelong showroom.

Buying help
What tap goes with an above counter basin?
A tall basin mixer or a wall mixer with a spout, so the water lands in the centre of the bowl.
Are stone basins hard to look after?
Natural stone needs sealing and gentle cleaning with pH neutral products, but rewards you with a unique finish.
Do basins come with a waste?
It depends on the product. Check the product page, and ask us if you are unsure which waste suits.
