Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind (30 days)

Unused, uninstalled goods in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup, with our written authorisation first. Return freight is your cost, original delivery charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply. Custom, special-order, cut-to-size, installed and clearance items can't be returned for change of mind.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and don't install the product. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days after we inspect the return.
