How a Porcelana renovation works

We help you plan and supply a bathroom, ensuite, laundry or kitchen renovation from one place. You choose tiles, tapware, vanities, basins, baths, showers and toilets at our Reservoir showroom or Geelong showroom, and we can quote installation by our qualified trades for the whole job. The measure is free. Installation is a paid service, quoted in writing for your project before any work starts.

1. Free measure: we record the room size, plumbing points, windows and doors so quantities and layouts are right.
2. Selection: choose finishes together in the showroom so tiles, tapware and vanity match. Tiles are call to order.
3. Quote: a clear quote for products, and for installation if you want it, so you know the scope before you commit.
4. Scheduling: we order products and book trades in the right sequence: demolition, plumbing and electrical rough in, waterproofing, tiling, fit off.
5. Handover: a final check of the finished room, with care advice for your tiles and tapware.
