How do I order tiles from Porcelana?
Tiles are call to order. Choose from displays and samples at our Reservoir or Geelong showroom, or call us with the range you like. We order them in, usually ready for pickup in 2 to 4 days, or we deliver Australia-wide.
How many extra tiles should I order?
Most projects need about 10 percent extra for cuts and breakages, and more for diagonal or herringbone layouts. Keep a few spare tiles for future repairs. Our free measure works out quantities for you.
Can I see tiles in person near Thornbury?
Yes. Our showroom is in Reservoir at 214 Broadway, about 10 to 15 minutes from Thornbury. It is not in Thornbury itself, but it is a short drive up High Street or St Georges Road and Gilbert Road.
Do you install tiles?
We can quote installation by our qualified trades as a paid service after a free measure. You can also buy tiles only and use your own tiler.
