If you love the warmth of timber but want something easier to live with, Oakland Amber is worth a look. It has an earthy feel and works with a wide range of fittings. Expect a soft matt surface that hides marks well. Available in 200x1200mm. Larger formats cover big areas with very few grout lines.
We love it in bathroom and laundry floors and feature walls. Porcelain is hard wearing and easy to look after. A pH neutral cleaner and warm water is all it needs, and sealing the grout keeps lines looking fresh. The natural finish suits floors right through the home, including bathrooms and laundries.
