Visiting our Geelong showroom: what to bring and what to expect
Our Geelong showroom is at 35A Ryrie St in central Geelong. It is where many people from Geelong, the Bellarine and the Surf Coast come to see tiles, tapware, vanities and baths in person before they commit. This guide explains how to get the most from a visit, whether you are renovating a whole bathroom or just choosing a new kitchen mixer.

Why see it in person?
Photos are useful for ideas, but they flatten texture and shift colour. In the showroom you can:
- hold tapware finishes against a tile sample and see how they change under different light
- feel the weight of a mixer lever and the action of a pull out kitchen spray
- check the surface of a stone basin or the grain of a timber look vanity
- see tile sizes at full scale, which is hard to judge on a screen
What to bring
- Measurements. Room size, wall widths where the vanity and shower go, ceiling height, and window and door positions. Our measuring guide helps.
- Photos. Every wall, the floor and any existing fixtures you are keeping.
- A plan or sketch, even a rough one on paper.
- Samples. A tile offcut, a benchtop sample or a paint swatch if you have one.
- Inspiration images, saved on your phone.
- Your plumber's notes, if you have a builder or plumber already, including any limits on moving pipes.
How to plan an hour in the showroom
First 15 minutes: the big pieces
Start with what sets the layout: the vanity, bath and shower. Confirm sizes against your measurements. Our vanity size guide and freestanding bath guide are good reading beforehand.
Next 20 minutes: tiles
Choose the floor tile, wall tile and any feature or mosaic. Lay samples together on the floor and look at them standing up, as you would in the finished room. Tiles are call to order, and the team can help with quantities. Read about porcelain, ceramic and mosaic tiles first.
Next 15 minutes: finish and tapware
With your tiles in hand, compare two or three finishes such as matte black, warm or cool brushed nickel and brushed gold. Choose the basin mixer, shower and bath tapware from one range so they match.
Last 10 minutes: list and next steps
Write up a product list with a backup for anything that might have a long lead time, and agree on next steps with the team.

If you are renovating, we can visit your home for a free measure, so tile quantities and fixture sizes are based on real dimensions. Installation by our qualified trades is available as a paid service, and we quote it alongside your product list so you can see everything in one place. Ask in the showroom or use the quote request form.
Pickup and delivery
Once you order, you can pick up from the Geelong showroom, usually ready in 2 to 4 days, or have it delivered. We deliver Australia-wide, with smaller items by courier and large items such as vanities, baths and tiles by freight, generally kerbside. If you are collecting a vanity or bath, call ahead so it is ready, and bring a vehicle that fits it.

Do I need an appointment at the Geelong showroom?
No, walk ins are welcome Monday to Saturday. Sunday is by appointment only, and booking ahead on any day means someone is free to spend time on your project.
Can I pick up online orders in Geelong?
Yes. Pickup from the Geelong showroom is available and orders are usually ready in 2 to 4 days. Call ahead for large items such as vanities and baths.
